This is a contract between Adkg solutions and our client who would be entitled to agree on our SEO terms and Conditions as specified below. “Client” here means the Company that agrees with us.
- Adkg solutions will provide our client with a high quality of SEO service that uses specific keywords or phrases to improve the ranking or position of the contents of the client’s website on various search engines.
- Kindly accept and understand the following conditions concerning to our SEO services:
- All the documents, services, informative sheets, reports, recommendations, and fees would be kept confidential.
- All services are non-refundable

- Sometimes due to the high competitiveness of a few phrases or keywords, change in the algorithm of search engine ranking, etc, Adkg solutions do not guarantee you of first position or consistency of top 10 positions for any specific phrase, keyword or search term.
- Adkg solutions possess no control over any of the policies of search engines, concerning the content or type of sites that they accept.
. We would not be held responsible for any changes made to the client’s website by other parties that might prejudice or affect the search engine ranking of the client’s website done by SEO.
. There would be additional charges for the services that you want to utilize if it is not listed in your package.
. Our SEO service directly aim to accomplish two major objectives for your website-
- To drive more targeted online organic traffic to the client’s website.
- To provide our client’s website a better exposure in search engines.
- Our services mainly include the following-

3) To get the best SEO services, the client agrees to provide us the following:
- permission to make changes or/and modifications for Optimization, and also to communicate with third parties.
- Access to a client’s email address
- Administrative access to the website for any lysis of the structure and website audit.
- Authorization to use client’s website images, trademarks,logos,pictures,content,pamphlets,etc. For any use, if needed for search engine optimization.
- You also agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement(Terms and Conditions) for the provision of Services, the details of the Project Brief shall prevail.
