Self confidence
It is self-assurance ability of leaders to subjects in trusting his or her capacities and judgment. Self -confidence makes leaders to be more decisive, communicate well, mentor effectively and hold members accountable.
Determination

Integrity
In leadership, integrity is the connection between leaders’ words and their actions. It is the commitment of leaders to do the right thing. Integrity builds trust in leaders and makes it easy for subordinates to comply with leaders.
Sociability
It is the ability of leaders to seek social relationships with the subordinates. Sociable leaders are tactful, diplomatic and show sensitivity to peoples’ needs.
Main trait of leadership
The most important leadership trait is sociability. It is developed by establishing contacts with subordinates. Leaders demonstrate sociability trait by having the capability required in resolving problems, being easily approachable by subordinates and availing themselves when need arises. Generally, sociable leaders show initiate and interest to organizational and subjects personal issues. An example of a person with sociability trait is USA president, Barack Obama. He has been able to maintain oneness and unity to his citizens, a decision that has promoted peace in his country. Secondly, Timothy Donald, CEO Apple Company has demonstrated sociability through mobilizing and linking all the major stakeholders of the company. This has placed the company at the digital segment industry topline.
Difficulties in acquiring leadership traits
However, some traits are hard for leaders to acquire. For instance, integrity and confidence are self-centered traits not learned or acquired at any forum. So, it becomes difficult for leaders without integrity and confidence from beginning to acquire at leadership levels. Some traits are essential to leaders but at some times, it may become hard for them to maintain their positions over time. For instance, leaders may be determined to achieve a certain goal but due to lapse of time, they fail to make it. In addition, a leader may be willing to solve problems but lack the intelligence required.
