Guideline for the Research Paper
Please follow the instructions and explanations described in the Research Guideline and submit the drafts of your research papers step by step as discussed in class. For example, the topic for research paper should be determined by week 7, no later than October 11, 2017. Immediately after the Midterm Exam, all students are expected to present the drafts of their research papers with the references, the outline and the introduction. The introduction should be presented to the professor during week 12, by November 13, 2018. By week 13, November 20, 2018, all students should present a draft with major issues they wish to address in the research paper.
Presentations will start from week 14, Nov 27, 2018 to week 15, December 4/2018. The research paper is to be completed and submitted to the Professor no later than December 11, 2018, before the day of the uniform finals. For those who wish to work in groups for “group work and presentations”, please be reminded that the rules are the same. You will have to follow the guideline and present the drafts of your research papers for feedback and suggestions. The guideline offers you a chance to organize your work in order to improve your paper. All students need to respect the deadlines.[unique_solution]
