People soft provide users an integrated application that assists in the daily execution of business operations. Peoplesoft applications include human resource management systems (HRMS), which support the strategic and operational goals of the human resource department (rouse, n.d.). Customer relationship management (CRM), Financials, and supply chain management (FCSM) and enterprise performance management (EPM). People soft has selective adoption 0.2, which permits users to decide which time and type of updates they want. It allows users to test and run online programs that perform background processing of high-volume. The HCM enables users to perform human resource tasks, including team management and editing of personal information.
