Being one of the biggest online companies in the world Amazon has developed several sales strategy current ones being Amazon’s collective corporate strategy and other alternatives to ensure the customers are served to satisfactory.

The strategy can be explained as where the company acquires new products or services to grow a large market (Diehl, 2017). Amazon has used the strategy by bringing in most services and goods required by people making Amazon the only portal they can visit for their online shopping needs. Specific precaution taken by Amazon in the tracking of this strategy includes raising discounts for constant customers through Amazon original program, delivering items on time, and sometimes they don’t charge the shipping cost. They also give customers the benefits of avoiding the state tax hence reducing the prices even further, and an overall excellent customer care service to ensure the customer experiences a smooth shopping as possible (Chong, 2016).
