LDP Reflection
I have learned important ideas about leadership through my leadership development program (LDP) journey. The program helped me gain substantial insight as well as perspective that enables me to unlock my leadership potential and establish fundamental leadership skills I need to attain influential and tangible outcomes throughout my career. The LDP made me understand that for individuals to become successful leaders, they must develop a personal leadership vision to share their dreams as well as direction that other people might want to share and follow. The program helped me to comprehend that an excellent personal leadership vision concentrates on action, offers direction, as well as inspires other individuals in all parts of life to move a direction one chooses. My personal leadership vision is to be a servant of others.

The LDP changed my view about leadership. I used to think that being a leader is giving directions and people should follow them whether good or bad.
