Response to Second Post by Jonathan
Hello Jonathan? Thank you for your excellent post for this week. You haven’t given us an overview of the case, but it’s okay, I had read an understood it very well. It is a common problem in work environments, and it has caused many people to lose their jobs. Hunter has been described as a good employee and has received various promotions from the Captain, but when his love affairs with the lady, known as an ex-fiancee to the boss, are noticed, his reputation is lost. It is amusing, I tell you because Hunter wasn’t aware if it could cost him his job trust.
I like how you have given various ways which Hunter should use to react to the conflict. I agree with you that withdrawing may not be the best strategy because it will not be beneficial to Hunter. Collaboration can still work for Hunter because it will heal both of them. You have advised Hunter to use a third-party intervention, and I think it can work best. The intervention of a therapist can help bring peace between the two, and finally, Hunter will retain his job and continue growing professionally. Thank you for your excellent post. I wish you all the best in the next weeks’ discussion.
