Assignment
Write an argument of 700-1000 words, in which you defend a thesis or answer questions related to the following theme: Free will & Intentional action. Use the article Control and Self Control (excerpt_dennett.pdf), but also use at least two other sources that you have found yourself (please note the quality of these sources, scientific articles are preferred). The argument has the following structure:
Title: catchy title
Introduction: introduce your statement (or question) by displaying the context and relevance of the statement (or question) and outline the structure of your argument.[unique_solution]
Center content: Give a solid argumentation for your statement (or a well-argued answer to your question). using the sources you have chosen. Make sure that you not only display these sources, but put them into the service of your own argumentative line. Discuss (and reject) also possible arguments against your statement (or other possible answers to your question).
Conclusion: Close your essay nicely by referring back to the introduction in your conclusion. try to formulate a catchy final sentence.
