Briefly describe this population (disability type, age, level of function, issue you would like your activity to address). 2. Then pick an activity (i.e., specific program) that you would like to lead for a session to help clients address the identified issue. [unique_solution]Describe the activity in detail. 3. find it very helpful to use the Activity Analysis Rating Form found in the textbook on pp. 181-185!
