As a great move to formulate a nursing informative research agenda, there are efforts on reengineering the nursing practice, empowering patients on collaborative knowledge development among others that would help in visualizing and analysis that facilitate development of middle range nursing informatics theories with ability to configure human computer interface factors (Ozbolt et al, 2008, p.203). After the great analysis, it will be easier and possible to prepare nurses to practice informative and intensive care to the patients.
There is great possibility of nurse shortage in America. This is due to the aging nurses and absence of fresh nurse practitioners recruitment to fulfill the vacancies, poor image of nursing by the public and also the changing legislative that are not in favor of nursing practices (Janiszewski, 2003, p.335-343).
