It helps in the examination and application of EBP as well as mainstreaming nursing into a proper framework of evidence-based practice.

In the context of the implementation of the ACE Star Model, Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovation Model would be very pivotal as it would serve as a theoretical framework that helps in the identification of conditions that enhances the adoption of innovation as well as other related methods (Smith et al., 2018). Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovation Model would help in examining how given clinical behaviors are adopted and permits the direction of focus towards perceived attributes of innovation that increasingly enhance adoption.

Both the ACE Star Model and the Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovation Model can be together in the dissemination of evidence-based practices that may form a basis for implementing research or organizational change (Smith et al., 2018).
