Introduction

In areas of residents, the tenants feel like they are not secure since the people might get into their house .This result from people they are not familiar with getting a field in which they reside, at the same time commit a crime there. Such people are bringing the country backwards instead of living making the citizens stay in harmony. The intruder is against the law that forbids a person from getting into another person relation to land. The intruder here went into extending of injuring Darry and Sharon this means that he had bad intentions (Hargrove, J. L. (1987).The fact remains that he forced himself to enter into the apartment and maybe anybody did not at all invite him; we even see him being interfering with the lock and we finally see him struggling to fight the landlord and a tenant.

According to the law to trespass on somebody else’s land without a lawful excuse is an offense itself. The intruder is liable for the damage and inconveniences he has caused he has to cater for the treatment of the victims he has injured. He is also likely to repair the damage he has caused to the apartment repairing the broken doors. The property owners must bring their claim in the civil courts. There must be direct and unjustifiable interference with somebody’s land like what has happened here.

The intruder should also face the law and still give the reason as to why he intruded other people’s places .Without license or local arrangements with the management me will be regarded as going contrary to the law(Hargrove, J. L. (1987).. This is against the law. The person is guilty and should be reported to any nearby police .I will urge this person to pay for the damage he has caused in my building. The injured persons are not exception he will also pay for their treatment.

Being the owner of the building I have ethical responsibilities for both the tenants and the residential manager. These two are crucial they play the major role in my business, and I would give them the high level of concern. First, I would sympathize with them for the accident that has happened to them Sharon a tenant and a university student. Taking them to the hospital immediately for treatment. Whereby I will cater for the hospital bills .and again will keep encouraging her that this is not the end of living, challenges will always come in living. This tenant should as well not leave the apartment because of this. I will also conduct the relatives of the two injured people and inform their family members as a show of concern for my clients.

I will show love and care to my employees and all tenants this will increase the good relationship between us. And any issue will be quickly identified and discussed and everybody given right to review and give his or her view which is highly respected by every person in the community. The students will get the opportunity and adequate time to give their recommendation on the management of this residential house, if they have seen any shortcoming in my employees, I will listen and react immediately to meet their requirements (Hargrove, J. L. (1987). I will be transparent in everything concerning the rents and payment of the rental house and show respect to all without discrimination.

To minimize such incidences in future, I will increase the number of security guards. The increase of safety force to monitor my apartment. They residents will stay at peace having it in mind that they are safe. To mitigate this challenge of having intruders in my apartment, I will build an electric fence around the compound this will protect it from attackers. Like terrorists

The students will be urged to have in mind the contact of the police service that they will turn to for security in case of any emergency. They should also have the contact of the managers. My managers to give security training .The security experts will come to train the residents on how to overcome a terrorist.

Another act that can lead to mitigation of this crime is setting laws that allow tenants only to enter into the house. The nonresidents will not be allowed to get in as this can lead to thefts’ and terrorists getting into the business.

Crime has part of the human condition. People began to live in groups. Criminal laws regulate human behavior. It says that person. Reasonably under the facts as he or she reasonably believed them, was forced by circumstances or another to commit the crime, or had the real choice but to commit the crime, given other unacceptable alternatives. If successful, these defenses excuse or justify the criminal acts.
