Income inequality is related to poor income given to employees as salary, their income or wages.

Disproportionate income plays big role here it results poverty, we refer it as creator of poverty, lack of satisfaction between employees may reduce the employee motivation. Presently, disproportionate income has become a major problem in both developed countries and developing countries. Income inequality is well propounded  whereby its shows that even though adjunct professors make up over 51% in the US universities and colleges, they are paid $25,000 less as compared to their tenured counterparts.  This level of inequality has pushed 21% of them to the brink of poverty. 21% of them do not meet their common basic needs and live below the poverty line.  100,000 of all adjunct professors are registered under the government assistance program and 7% of them are on government sponsored Medicaid. Subsequently, even though, the adjunct professors who are the simple majority, are paid less, as compared to their tenured counterparts, work over 40 hours a week result to working part time jobs such as Uber to meet their basic needs.

In regards to poverty, the article articulates that 21% of the adjunct professors live below the poverty line. Some are registered under the government assistance program and 7% of them are on government sponsored Medicaid. This shows that even though adjunct professors work over 40 hours a week their level of poverty is increasing by the day due to the persistent prevalence of income inequality. The above statistics data effectively shoes that adjunct professors are more prone to poverty as opposed to their tenured counterparts. This is because tenured professors are given employment as a result of their employment; however, the same benefits are not extended to the adjunct professors.

The fight for income has been a problem over the five years and it seems to be discussed in the coming election .College enrolment is also going high and the tuition is almost becoming a sure bet .Preferably a PHD was not guarantee for great living it actually did not mean that you will get well at all. Professors nowadays make more than 51% of teaching in US .An adjunct professor has turned to be a professor that teaches. Differencing a tenured professor and adjunct is an adjunct is hired by the cause and they can be sub contactors. The tenured professorship is off late slowly dying and schools will get tenured ones.

Parents who pay fee for their children should complain on the current education system. The students should be playing role of needing their right of education. The law makers should not should allocate funds to learning institution to profit those ones which leave students without enough education.

The article says that the system of education should be similar to others systems in the world for instance promote free college education. This will ensure that every child gets educate .It will ensure that parents have the knowledge of how critical is education to their children and support them.

Parents should understand that a good teacher is very important. Money should not only be given to other institution and professionals who do not offer value to our public like teachers. We should pay our teachers in colleges well and improving their salary motivates them too. If we keenly observe this we will come to understand that our teachers also get transformed in the way they are doing their services.

In conclusion the article is trying to highlight the current situation in the education system whereby students are feed with law quality education while the lecturers go on starving .This bring about the current situation where students are in debt and the professors are in poverty. This can also be solved by increasing the number of qualified professor and giving them their due wages.
