The assessment ensures the suppliers provided the exact products the company wants and that they produce them in a socially and environmentally responsible manner. They also closely work with Avendra to identify alternative means that are environmentally friendly as well as economical. Avendra conducted a risk and opportunity assessment and found 20 products that needed more attention to improving customer satisfaction.
