Develop an orientation session and separate training plan for new employees in your organization. This can be short but it needs to include all the criteria found in the scoring rubric. Make sure you incorporate the METHOD you will use. (there should be several–see text book) You will also need to Refer to figure 16.3 on page 444 for the Training Cycle and incorporate this information in your assessment activity. You can submit several documents to meet the criteria for this performance assessment activity if you like. The paper part of this presentation and a separate training and a separate orientation or include all of the required information in 1 document. If you include the orientation and training in 1 document–make sure you clearly show what is in the orientation and what is in training.
