After reading through your post, I discovered that the emergency department is the first point of contact for the different patients that experience medical emergencies. Medical emergencies have been dominant happening in many societies. Therefore, in the healthcare setting, medical emergencies are supposed to form the necessary services for all patients who visit the facility. Physicians given the task of monitoring emergency services are supposed to have the required skills to ensure that they offer needed medical attention. The specialists are supposed to be in a position of responding swiftly to any sort of emergency with the intention of saving lives. The emergency personnel are supposed to be trained and possess the required skills on how to help people who have experienced conditions that need quick response from the medical specialists.
Emergency departments are supposed to show their framework on how the recruitment is done. From my research, I discovered that medical specialists attending to emergencies are supposed to have the highest form of skills and be professional. People in the emergency department are therefore supposed to learn the general principles that are needed during the response to incidences. The skills gathered are vital for health officers who aim to ensure that they are able to give the required recovery and response for the people who need treatment. Additionally, it is vital for all medical people to have the skills of ensuring that they have the required skills that will enable them access particular emergency situations and determine whether a particular response can serve the situation accordingly. Further, healthcare personnel is also supposed to understand the recurring incident and their responsibilities in ensuring that they are able to handle any emergencies that may arise. After reading through your post, I discovered that competence is one of the driving skills among healthcare facilities. Providing positive feedback ensures that any emergency with the facility is addressed with requisite skill. In any profession, competency is considered as the most relevant skill that one should possess and always be applied when aligning with the organization’s target of disease free surrounding. The use of VHA-EMA competency gives a clear picture on the individuals educated about the need of keeping healthcare facility with licensed individuals. From my research, I discovered that healthcare setting has specific duties that need to be fulfilled. For them to be complete there should be individuals who are competent enough and possess the required skill essential in executing their duties they may be given.
Health facilities should include individuals who have the expertise of handling different situations and are able to act responsibly to any issue that arises. Therefore, the move of including all competent groups that have the knowledge on how to handle different situations seems to be the main objective of the healthcare facilities. The number of roles assigned to some groups usually referred to as persons is usually classified as the operations face. In many cases, it is viewed as an undisputed form of operation that points to the vital care which aim to save many victim’s lives. Competent people have the capacity of responding faster to any emergency and would be counted towards ensuring that they offer the required solution to any problem that may arise. Additionally, people who are part of the emergency department have the duty of enforcing a regulation used in ensuring that stipulated expressions are described well in a bid of saving life.
