In American context a sweat shop, is any factory or industry that is known to be violating the labor laws in the state. In the developing countries more than 160 million children’s are forced by the circumstances to work at the factories to earn living. They try to end poverty though it is not the truth. Any state could be known to have labor laws but this could not be a condition affecting, the functions of the sweat shops in any state. Accordingly the key products from sweatshops include, cotton, bricks, garments, coffee and tea among others. In research I will focus on the current issues involving sweatshops in the developing country. Mostly, labors in developing states such as in Asia, and sub-Saharan Asia. Women and children are form over 80 percent of the sweatshop workers .Woman are even not given maternity leave, they take birth control which could make them have poor health. Many of the workers spent their paycheck on families and food.

Women and children are the targeted candidates to work on factories, consequently the are emerging issues like unfair wages, child labor, unreasonable working hours and lack of benefits for workers .Sweat shops violate labor laws, which could lead to mistreatment of the workers.

c.Child labor could change the children life to poor since they are not getting enough food yd. They are not having time to prepare good meals due to commitments serving the industries exploiting them

In conclusion the department of labor in the developing nations is faced with challenges which result to proliferation of many problems, including unfair wages, unreasonable  working hours ,child labor .The relevant authorities and governments should develop strategies aimed at ,improving the work standards ,and setting new labor laws. Sweatshops will result to poverty instead of reducing poverty
