According to the message I receive from you concerning the level of sound from our company, the complaints were justified and I hereby provide some remedies and procedures which will be considered so as to reduce the amount of that sound reaching your company. This will enable your employees to have a conducive environment to work in. This will make your company incur some expenses as well as our company. The methods will come with some problems and consequences which will need to be corrected in one way or another.
There are some of these methods which will be so expensive to implement, and some are cheaper to implement. The cheaper methods to implement will be highly considered since they will be less costly for the company. Some like inserting the black cork panel in the wall facing your company may affect the health of your employees, so it will need to be treated with some chemicals which will reduce the bad smell of the cork, thus making it favorable for usage. Attached is the report for more clarification on the findings, remedies, problems associated with the remedies, and the corrections needed on the remedies to make them easily applicable.

Effects of noise in a workplace
Abstract
Noise in various workplaces, if not reduced, can lead to many problems in the body of an individual. The companies whose noise is too high need to look for ways of reducing the noise. There are different ways that have been put in place to help in reducing those noises. Mirabel reality company is found near Pro-active inc company whose noise is of high level. The employees in Mirabel reality company are not comfortable with this noise, and so they have been complaining since it causes fatigue. The pro-active company manager should look for ways of reducing the noise.
Introduction
According to the complaints reaching me from Trudy Persenon (manager of Mirabel reality), the level of noise in our company is too high, and it is causing fatigue to its employees. The complaints have been justified, and the company is considering various ways of reducing the noise level so that it can create a conducive environment for the employees of Mirabel reality to work in. The company will incur some costs in implementing these noise reduction methods.
Findings
Different procedures and methods were discovered which were supposed to be implemented in the Pro-active company, which should prevent the noise from reaching the Mirabel reality company. These ways of sound reduction include soundproofing the side of the wall facing the Mirabel reality by putting a false wall that is insulated internally with corrugation. The floor and ceilings of Pro-active company need to be soundproofed. This will prevent the noise from reaching the Mirabel reality company. These soundproofing materials are hard, thick, and heavy so that they can prevent the noise from bouncing back in the room.
Another method of reducing this noise is by heavily carpeting the floors of the Mirabel reality company so as to reduce the generated sounds. As compared to the hard floors, the carpeted floors minimize the amount of sound that enters the room. This will enable the workers in Mirabel reality company to talk more softly. This will also enable these workers to communicate in a more efficient way.
The third way of reducing the effect of sound in Mirabel reality company is by inserting a black cork panel in the wall facing the Mirabel reality company. This works by absorbing and dissipating the noise, which in turn reduces disruptions and enhances the acoustics in a room. The cork panels should be many so as to effectively reduce the sound distortion making the Mirabel reality company quiet and conducive for workers (Evans, 1975). The cork panels are not so expensive since they are renewable. Therefore, the Pro-active company will have to cover the whole wall facing Mirabel reality company to reduce the sound level.
The last method to be implemented to reduce noise reaching the Mirabel reality company from the pro-active company is by the superior giftware’s machine, which could be mounted on the vib-o-rug. This is an insulating rubber which eliminates the transmission of vibration from the machine to the building structure (Niwa & Shimizu, 1991). This will enable the high level of sound production from the Pro-active company to be minimized.
Problems associated with the above remedies
The corrugon is not easily available. So we have to travel to various places where it can be found. For the deliveries, we have to wait for many months so it can be delivered.
The carpeting method should be of high quality rubber underlay, and it should be dense. This can be very expensive for the company to manage.
The black cork panel to be inserted in the wall facing the Mirabel reality company has a bad smell, and this smell can be reduced by treating the black cork panel with polymethynol.
The problem associated with the giftware machines is that implementation of those machines all depends on the cooperation of the manager of the giftware machines.

Considerations

Conclusion
High levels of noise can cause various problems in the workplace. Companies should, therefore, look for ways of minimizing the effect of these ways. The methods which should be suggested should not be expensive to implement since they may pull down the company economically. They should also be friendly to the employees of that particular company.
