charismatic leaders
Since charismatic leaders are trustworthy, visionary, and risk-takers (Griffith, Connelly, Thiel, and Johnson, 2015). Therefore due to their characteristics, they are known to handle conflicts in a unique way. If a dispute occurs in his team or between his team members, the charismatic leaders use negotiations and involve the conflicting members in the whole proves to solve the issue. Additionally, since they are trustworthy, they can give the obligation of resolving the conflict to any team member in the team who can act neutrally to address the conflict successfully. Therefore the charismatic leaders will use negotiations to ensure that they arrive at a win-win situation. This helps to leave both parties satisfied and regaining the excellent relationship that was existing between the team members.
