Target

Our recruitment team should always aim at enrolling the best targets in our organization. We company aims at employing high-level targets such as the ones who have already excelled in other organizations (Phillips & Gully, 2017). The employee’s history should be appropriately tracked, and enough information should be collected about him or her before they are enrolled in our organization. Our main aim is to maintain a positive reputation so that we do not scare away our customers but retain them. Such employees will help us in achieving our secondary goals established under our mission, vision, resources, and priorities. The target audiences must possess the required qualifications and background knowledge of the position to be filled. Our organization is determined to providing a favorable environment where every person is comfortable, and through this, we will be able to attract the employees with the best experience. We will use rightful triggers to push employees into leaving their current organization and assume new roles in our organization.

Methods

Our company intends to use several ways to reach out to potential recruits. We exploit the opportunities provided by social media platforms to ensure that we attract as many candidates as possible. We will use popular and more customized platforms such as LinkedIn because such platforms will enable our potential candidates to share their skills, knowledge, and competency details with us (Koch, 2018). We intend to use the employment portals where we intend to search the skills of the employees and generate the rightful pool of employees. Our current employees, stakeholders, and suppliers will be encouraged to refer the best candidates to us. At the same time, favoritism is discouraged because this may lead to an influx of incompetent workers into our organization.

Evaluation

Our company aims at evaluating and screening he recruits to ensure that they meet our requirements. This may be through performing in-depth assessment using interviews and job stimulation to select the candidates with the best qualities for the job. The use of preliminary assessments will enable us to screen out candidates who lack the provided qualities and skills. We will also verify the candidates’ employment history and qualifications by liaising with their former employers. Those who do not meet the basic requirements of the job will be eliminated through the pre-screening.

Admission

Candidates who fully satisfy us will assume their roles immediately. Such candidates will be required to exhibit high levels of professionalism. They should work towards helping the organization achieve its goals. They are also expected to adhere to our organization’s ethics and the globally recognized workplace ethics.
