following the rollout of the program, the plan of action to be undertaken entails the engagement in rigorous activities to ensure the success of the program. The plan of actions to facilitate the improved success of the program will be taken through the involvement o the parents, teachers, and students. The I-ready program, through its functioning, is essential in the improvement of student performance through ensuring that the teachers and tutors manage to track the progress of the students. While a significant percentage of the student population has managed to fit efficiently in the I- Ready program, the end goal is to ensure that all students through kindergarten and elementary school fit into the program and register positive results. The plan would be progressive to ensure that within one year, all students are comfortable within the program. The stretched period is necessary to ensure that the program accommodates even the slow students.

The perfection of the I-ready program would be through the incorporation of parents into the program to ensure that the students benefit from the program more. The full inclusion and integration of parents into the program would be through the facilitation of training parents to ensure that the parents re better informed on how the program work and the benefits of the program. With better-informed parents, there is the likelihood of the parents being more involved in the program. Following the realization that the teachers also require more time for training on the programs, seminars would also be increased within the one-year implementation period to ensure that teachers are better trained on the program. The participation of the students in the improvement of the I-Ready program will also be facilitated through the provision of necessity platforms through which students could share their experiences and concerns. Consequently, it would ensure that the program offers better results and that it is utilized in a better way to ensure improved success in the kindergarten and electuary school. There would be an automatic placement of students in various instruction programs that match the qualifications of the students to ensure that the students benefit efficiently from the program.
