IAT Scores
The IAT score could be representative of the personality of individuals. For instance, it could be significant in showing the kind of leadership style which an individual is likely to showcase (Chen, 2014). It indicates the stand-point an individual is expected to have about the interactions he has with others. Further, it provides pertinent insights on the level of influence which the person is likely to have on other people, based on the interactions which he has with them.
IAT scores also provide information on the cognitive capabilities of a person. They seek to show whether the individual can recall some of the concepts which he was exposed to earlier on (Chen, 2014). Further, it provides pertinent insights on how the said individual could incorporate the information on other subjects and spheres of life. Therefore, the scores are generally crucial in depicting the ability of an individual to internalize some of the information which he has obtained from other quarters. It is through the process that he is likely to be outstanding in the application of such knowledge.
The IAT scores are also essential in showing how an individual deals with cases of aggression and conflict. Therefore, they are critical in showing whether an individual can be outstanding in handling various challenges which he comes into contact with. Thus, it is possible to showcase the specific areas of weakness in the individual, if present. Thus, the person could attain the chance to adopt the necessary improvements. These improvements could be substantial in enabling the person to be outstanding in dealing with the various other problems which he might experience in future. As a result, he will manage to be of value to the rest of society.
