          INTRODUCTION

 

Communication is essential in running a business. It has a very significant role in industry because operations not happen without it.  Since companies are social systems, communication would be very crucial because people need to get information’s through written communication. The following are types of written communication in business management: oral and written communication, email, letter, memo, telegrams, faxes, postcards, and email. If discussions were not there, the organizations would have remain stack; therefore communication is essential in the whole world.  A business manager might be in the USA and still operate his business in Africa by sending emails or faxes. If the companies want to advertise jobs, they simply post online, and people applied them either on their websites or sending applications via emails (Zhu, 2005).

The primary message of this communication is to improve methods of communication in the business department. Many companies in the world they face a lot of challenges in development because they have not to focus on the form of communication.

The local and international businessmen emphasized mainly the means of communication, so those business sectors grow. They make sure the communications sector is well established in both digital and local interactions. They hire employees who are well trained in terms of communication skills and techniques that will attract many investors and stakeholders.

The professional audiences in business are the government representative, the investors, and the stakeholders (Williams, Wardle &  Wahl,2011). The communication used to these professional audiences must be formal. The investors and stakeholders usually use email and faxes in their conversation while employees and local people are regular use memo, letter, oral communication, and media. These communications will enable both domestic and international business to grow by implementing new strategies in marketing. The written communication is aligned with the needs of the audiences because they need to get information so that they can improve in the business sector.  Without communication in business, nothing can proceed because nobody will know what the others want.

In written communication, unnecessary sentences must be ignored. Use short emails that are concise. In conversation also pay attention to gender and names.

In my research, I tried so much to find the names and the contact of stakeholders and the investors that I will use to contact them.  I usually use email to contact the investors as a way of written communication and build up a good relationship with them.

The message is compelling and irelevant to the audience. It enables the audience to have a good relationship with their businesses. It also joins various investors and stakeholders in one board for growing business.

My communication style will be to tell or to sell it because it has an effect on business sectors.  I understand how written communication has an impact on the growth of the business.  I will tell you what I know and sell my proposals for financial capturing.  It is a good proposal whereby many people will like it due to economic growth and social benefits.

The written communication in business is vital because it enables the companies to grow due to accessible communication. Employer and employees communicate and improve the business sector without meeting physically. It also attracted investors and stakeholders due to improved methods of communication. Therefore the written communications have a high impact on business globally.

  2. a) Communication should be clear and concise.

                        In professional communication, ensure the goal state is clear to the audiences. The message must always be brief as you communicate, and as you communicate, the message must be correct and contain all information that is understandable to the audiences.

The written message must be logical because if the message is not logical, the statement has no meaning, and it is regarded as nonsense. Communication must be improved for the goodwill of a company.

  1. c) The sentence should flow smoothly, using appropriate transitions and varying messages.

                 The sentence arrangement should have good structure and must meet the need for grammatical such as conjunction, tenses, pronoun, verbs when conveying a certain message. The sentences must be complete and have meaning or make sense. Using incomplete sentences in communication, the message may be misunderstood to the audiences, and communication might be biased.

  2. a) Be authentic and genuine in your communication.

                        Authentic communication is very important in business because it enables all voices are heard and respected. As Patel said, nowadays, companies need to preserve some of the authenticity:

  • It relates both the consumers and the stakeholders.
  • Give the company identity and its image.
  • Educate people to know what the company offers is important for them.

It brings a genuine interest in empathic with the audience in business by creating emotional and being franked.

The vocabulary and tone in communication are very important when the message is

conveyed to the audiences. Using harsh tone and difficulty vocabulary to the audience will be difficult to get the message needed.

Formal communication is mostly used in the business sector in communication compared to informal communication.  The formal channel is very fast, clear to communicate, accurate, reliable, and smooth to communicate.

The channel that I will use to deliver my message is a formal channel, more so dealing with the primary audience. It is fast, reliable, clear, smooth, and accurate compared to the informal channels where some audiences may miss information.

The Feedback and Refine in communication

Written communication is essential in business, and without it, nothing can happen in the sector of business. There is two-channel of communication; formal (written) and informal (oral) communication. Example of formal communication is email documentation, faxes memo, telegram, and letters.  The main goal of this written communication in business is to pass information to the audience and improve the business sector.  The audiences in written messages in the business are customers, investors, stakeholders, the government, and the employees. The key message of written communication is to improve the business sector. it is essential to educate people on how to use the skills and techniques of communication such as mail, telegram, memo.  Therefore the written notification has a significantsignificant impact on business management globally.
