The international business
The international business sector in India is booming, with its economic growth rate being approximately 7% annually. Around the globe, India is taken to have excellent market potential across all business sectors. The technological development and the readily available workforce make India be a good target for more international business ventures. To participate in international business, one has to consider different aspects involved in international business(Ahen). For instance, in India, apart from the common aspects of international business such as recent tax regulatory, tax environment, and international arrangements, the government of India has introduced other aspects such as ‘Make in India’ initiative. This initiative is meant to encourage innovation across all business sectors. Other countries have also created their policies and initiatives to encourage international business investments and hasten their economic growth rate. India has also reviewed its foreign investment policy to enable foreign direct investment into India.
As international business is rapidly growing in all economic sectors around the globe, there is an increasing need for more personnel to fill various positions in the companies taking part in the international business. People equipped with international trade knowledge are in high demand since this field is very diverse and requires people with advanced skills who can handle different aspects of international trade effectively. The first is management analysts who play the role of analyzing and finding solutions to factors about foreign markets. The second is a marketing manager whose role is to maximize global sales by formulating a competitive business strategy. The other impressive job in international business is that of a policy analyst whose duty is primary duty is to go through complex problems and come up with solutions regarding a wide range of economic, cultural, and pollical issues.
