Over sometimes ago, I worked with PSA Peugeot Citroen Automobiles for three months as a volunteer special order administration. The roles were posted between other group members of four and me. Even though it was a large work, I was able to work as an administrative manager making proper directions and guidelines to what my group members were supposed to complete. All tasks were made possible through the directions I was able to provide, and some of the units trust that I established. It was such an important process that made proper provision of various elements and gave proper provision of some different aspects that required appropriate considerations. The opportunity opened greater avenues of growth and made sure that the right approaches had been fulfilled through the alternative elements that had been completed. Having worked in coordinated relationship with fellow specialists, including some who were being mentored, the general result was positive. The number of orders received had significantly raised to a greater value. The outcome was a positive outline that enabled the effectiveness of various elements and changed how things were being completed. I also learnt how to deal with people within various groups. The management skills helped in the positive achievement that was attained at the end.

The problem-solving approach has been one important factor that I have learnt over time. First, I considered myself to be a poor problem solver until I was made the chief financial analyst in PSA Peugeot Citroen Automobiles. With the technicality of the position, I have learnt the various methods of decision making and formulated appropriate decisions to solve complex problems. I was able to identify new approaches to solving problems from looking at a difficult financial environment that existed in the company. That included looking at some of the ways that would transform different ways of undertaking the business operations and making proper provisions of diverse elements. The most important thing that I started in the company was to advise on the existing managerial, financial misinterpretation about their future projects. After being given the mandate to solve the problem, I was able to apply the best principles and advised appropriately. The information provided enabled the company to become more efficient. After sitting down with the management and accepting of the solutions provided, things became better. The financial outlay of the company strengthened from the policies that were adopted. The change of strategy became an eye-opener to the company and helped them become more result-oriented.

Working with Kelly Automotive, Coventry as a supplier quality technical drew me to drafting a number of key priorities. Factoring the best principles required a number of standardized understanding and highlights to the components that were being identified. It changed the entire structure and how things were being done. First, I had to check the quality of automotive products in-store, coordinate deliveries at the same time and fill the delivery forms. This was pretty much work considering the fact that it was the same person who had to consider the different tasks and priorities. Also, I have to input data into the in-house computer system, communicate with key suppliers and train new staff at the same time. With the many different priorities, I had to come up with a realistic way to maintain all units and still accomplish set goals. The best alternative that I took was to scale down the priorities and factored the most urgent of them all. I found out that communication was a major factor in maintaining clients and keeping the business in operation. Therefore, the best solution was to strengthen communication by making it the first priority. Other things had to follow thereafter, and everything went well.

Having worked in different projects across my career path, trying to grow skills and gain experience, I have learnt different lessons. One of the most important projects that opened new avenues and brought me to the establishment of the right principles, I was able to understand that working with people was interesting. I went ahead and became a key factory worker. As a factory worker, I was required to complete a number of complex projects and factored the best paths that would change how I considered a number of alternatives. I worked within the factory units of operating machines. Since machinery was very sensitive, not every individual was willing to take part in the section. This implied that I was responsible for convincing other people to come and experience growth in their careers by being part of the factory machinery. Having more diverse skills in machine operation was the main objective that would change how various factors were being identified. This was an established outline that changed the shape being identified. After a number of people had become interested in the department, everything became more efficient. The complex machines had experts who grounded their speciality and made sure that the machines had the best approaches to be identified.
