MBTI Assessment
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a self-analyzing self-report questionnaire that indicates different psychological preferences in the way individuals view the world and even make decisions. The original or the earliest MBTI versions were established by Katherine Cook Briggs, together with her daughter called Isabel Briggs Myers. The four major pairs describe how one prefers to operate and also orient oneself to the world. One of the four sets is Extraversion and also Introversion (E/I). The pair mainly regards one’s energy’s direction. If a person prefers to direct their energy towards dealing with individuals, things, circumstances, or even the outside world in general, then the person prefers Extroversion. However, if one prefers to direct their energy towards dealing with ideas, beliefs or theories, information, or even the inside world, then their style is the Introversion style.
The other pair is Sensing and also Intuition, which regards the kind of information or things that one processes. The sensing kind of people prefer dealing with facts and what they know, prefer having clarity, or describe what they see. The intuition kind of people prefer dealing with ideas, investigate the unknown, and generate different possibilities. The Thinking and Feeling pair reflects one’s decision -making style. If one prefers to make decisions founded on objective logic, by use of an analytic as well as a detached strategy, then they prefer Thinking. Those people whose style is Feeling, prefer to make decisions using values, i.e., choices based on what or even who they believe is essential. Finally, there is the Judgment and Perception which describes the kind of lifestyle that one adopts. Those that prefer Judging prefer their lives to be well-structured and also planned. Those of Perception prefer going with the flow to keep up flexibility and react to stuff as they emerge.
My preferences within the four pairs are Introversion, Intuition, Feeling, and Perception. My preferred style would affect my relationship with a customer positively as I am not limited to one area or place or tied up by facts. I go for whatever I believe is right and essential. I go beyond to ensure that my client is fully satisfied by getting unique products and services.
