Dear sir/Madam:
I write to apply for admission for an MBA program in your Univerity. An MBA program will present me with more opportunities, varying, and expanded field that I can venture in. There are various main areas that are included in the program, for example, statistics, technology, finance and economics, information technology, and human resource. All of these Sections present an MBA graduate to have a career in compound Areas. For example, in the Business field and also in the Municipal Sector (Brooks, 2007). With these prime study Areas covered, a person who has graduated with an MBA is presented with widespread and better chances to cultivate and improve His or Her Mind.. School of Business offers an excellent opportunity for individuals, particularly Graduates of MBA, to come together and interact. Some of these individuals are Successful businessmen and women, Employers, Investors, and Key speakers; the list is wide (Andres et al., 2018). Furthermore, fellow students who are overly ambitious in the business world are also present. This program will offer me an opportunity to interact with future Business Executives in the world. Once the course is over, these individuals could be my business partners or even give good recommendations about me. Usually, Students taking MBA programs are sent out in real job cases as interns, and this allows them to meet Potential Employers. The unique group of individuals is going to meet during my MBA program will be of benefit in my future of business.
This program will enable me to work for myself in the case that I don’t want secular employment. Individuals doing business with an MBA holder will have more confidence, more relaxed as compared to a person who does not possess one. An MBA indicates that I am an expert in what I am doing. It will show my partners that am skilled and devoted to my Sector. What’s more, it shows that I am an expert in a specific field, for example, in Finance or Management. I am a senior technical professional with more than seven years of experience in software testing industries seeking a career change opportunity to a more business operating position.
Am also Experienced with data analytics, dashboard and report creation (e.g., Google Analytics, Data dog) and Am Professionally trained in both interpersonal communication and public presentation skills. What’s more is that Am Highly collaborative, responsible, and goal-oriented. When I was previously working, I Contributed to 2 different layers of mobile app UI test automation on Android and iOS: component and full-solution testing. Develop automated component UI tests using the Android native automation framework (Espresso) to allow developers to see immediate feedback of build’s health after each commit on Gitlab CI. I used mock server to fake responses for API http & TCP calls to eliminate app’s dependency on online servers to help reduce flakiness at the component testing level.
I can also create and contribute to the company’s Appium Test Framework to enable automated full solution smoke and regression test suites running on staging stack using Java and Appium. Enable test running on Android emulators and IOS simulators to reduce the dependency on real devices. Finally, I have Developed Automation Tools to enable test operation on different HP printer models. Using the tool, test operators can select a set of keywords to filter out the target test cases and execute them automatically and collect the results.
Part 2: Weaknesses
I used to be overly shy, and I lacked confidence, especially when I am in public. To overcome this weakness, I take part in minimal chats with strangers or try the best I can to introduce myself to someone I don’t know, or even I request someone to go out with. The more I avoid social contexts, the more this fear and anxiety build up (Alemda et al., 2017). I act confidently, telling myself that I got every reason to be confident in everything is doing. I have gone to the extent of joining a tennis club that allows me to mingle with the community and engage with other individuals. By taking part in new activities that I already don’t know, I will be overcoming the fear of what I already don’t know, which is part of shyness.
Furthermore, when I am going out to parties, I usually equip myself with the latest ongoing topics so that I have something that I can talk about with confidence (Carducci & Barrett, 2016). I will make sure that I have watched the trendiest videos. Photographs, Global matters, or Governmental issues and researched thoroughly about the problems. By doing this, I will have a collection of things that I can talk about with individuals when others have nothing to talk about. When I am equipped with everything going on in the world, I will have someone to share with because they already know a little about the same thing. The conversation will keep on going, and this will reduce shyness.
I make sure I am updated with everything going on in the whole world, especially what everyone is talking about. This allows me to engage in talks with others. It gets worse to me; everyone is talking about something that I don’t have an idea about. I also recite affirmations for my self-esteem to get ready for an event that’s coming up. I did all this to boost my confidence in public, and it worked out for me.
Sincerely ( )
