The awards dinner will be set in a classic grand gala style and theme. The guests will be meant to feel classy, sophisticated, and confident – which is in alignment with the evening’s activities, celebrating, and awarding achievement. The hall will be covered in rich drapery themed in colors of white and gold. These are subtle yet rich colors that will enhance the atmosphere of celebration. The theme will carry out through the entire venue, which includes the sitting tables, chairs, and other arrangements. The drapery will be complemented by ambient golden-themed lighting. A red carpet entrance will be set up, in addition to professional photography.
Guest attire will be a classic black suit with a tie for the gentlemen and elegant dresses for the ladies. The approach enhances the formal but celebratory balance of atmosphere that is the aim. Entertainment will vary in aspects. First, the table service will be comprised of professional staff who are trained to offer high quality but entertaining service. Also, live music performances will be present, ranging from an instrument, such as piano, performances to actual artist performances. A standup comedy act will be part of the entertainment. Various types of cocktail and “finger” food, along with different appropriate alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be availed systematically around the venue to enhance networking through the mingling of guests. The cocktail food menu will comprise elements such as salads, fruit, bacon-wrapped chicken, and Asian barbeque chicken cones, among others. Staff uniforms will be formal and themed in white, gold, and black — tuxedoes for the gentlemen and simple but elegant dresses for the ladies.
