Endometriosis
Endometriosis occurs when muscle similar to uterus propagates outside the womb and also other body parts like fallopian tubes and ovaries (Acién & Velasco 2010). the uterus is a critical organ in the female reproductive system.it made up of three suspensory tendons that are important in stabilizing the location .the muscles are also important in limiting its series of movement. The fertilized ovum implanted in the endometrium part of the uterus, which provides nutritional support, mechanical protection, and removes waste from the developing embryo(Giudic 2010). Endometriosis is a gynecological condition dependent on hormones. This condition is linked to pelvic pain, dyspareunia, and cyclic menstrual pain. Causes of this disorder include a transformation of peritoneal cells, endometrial cell transport, immune system disorder, embryonic cell transformation, etc.
Condition in the immune system may make one unable to battle endometriosis. The majority of women with this disease seem to have reduced resistance to other illnesses.lack of resilience causes the body incapable of identifying and destroying endometrial –resembling tissue growing out of the uterus.
Retrograde menstruation,is where monthly period streams out through the birth canal, flows along fallopian tubes to pelvis cavity as an alternative to getting out of the body .menstruation contains endometrial cells which stick on pelvic walls as well as exteriors of the pelvic body part, on these surfaces, they propagate and thicken and bleed during the menstrual cycle. Many women experience this disorder; however, their bodies clear this material hindering it from been deposited on tissues.
