According to Shih et al., (2016), in every organization, the human resource department is an essential part of any organization regardless of whether the organization is a start-up, local, or it operates internationally. Music, on the other hand, provides therapeutic effects; therefore, organizations can put up a strategy that will incorporate music, especially during breaks, which can reduce the worker’s stress by offering relaxation. Most organizations, according to Ajala (2016), look upon their employees in delivering quality products and services.
