ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS.
- Difference between an Internal analysis and External analysis in strategic planning
The internal analysis evaluates all the features of an institution itself. Although sometimes it can consider the activities of other external institutions, it is more focused on the inherent issues of the institution at hand. External analysis, on the other hand, focuses more on the environment of the business and not the institution itself. It majors on the external analysis factors of the business. An example of an external factor is an increase in the rate of tax(Chaplin et al.,.2018).
- What do organizations analyze in internal analysis, and why?
Internal analysis is done to examine the internal environment of an organization to look into its competencies, competitive features, and competencies. This helps an organization to be aware of its weaknesses and strengths(Sholihah et al., 2019).
- How do the results of these analyses inform an organization of its strategic plan?
It is very crucial to understand the environment in which your business is working. This helps you to contemplate the opportunities and threats that are related to the location of your business. As we have seen, an external analysis concentrates on the external features that impact your business, while internal analysis focuses on the elements within the business. By examining the internal and external analyzation, it makes you aware of the situation of your business currently and the things you can do to market your business(Bolland, 2017).
