HEALTH SYSTEMS
Parliament act makes a unified health system that provides a long term relationship between countries and provides some regulation of health care service to providers and technology to a connected purpose. The purpose of this paper is to study the difference between the US and UK health system acts in different perspectives as a health outcome, quality of care, and access to service. The paper also wishes to come with opportunities related to advocacy and political intervention taken by nurses to improve the current health care system.
Health care in us has quality measures that ensure improving care of the population.(MC DermottK,3,2019).The measures lag US wealth behind and similar to UK in wealth GDP. Examples of this rate include mortality rate, premature health disease burden leading to a big gap that is growing. The USA has fallen steadily over the years in life lost, which makes a great burden and an alternative to the mortality rate. disease burden, high hospital admission for preventable diseases, high rate of medical treatment and medications are the most ways of comparing US and UK health rate measures
The key difference between the US and the UK health system is one of the health professions and career output. (27,2015). Vacancy admission of the health profession, including allied health workers, nurses, and doctors, is more in Us than the UK. They list as a physiotherapist, and thus the British only welcomes some of these experts. Second is the availability of care where the UK waits for patients up to four hours, and the average wait for patients in the US is about 58 minutes, thus making a comparison for the two countries waiting time.
Nurses have a big opportunity to make a positive profession in their day to day advocacy (Hosni Hussein, 2,2019). These suggest that every nurse should employ their support to better heath the environment and help improve on their skills. These make them successful when they work together in their employment roles in with colleagues and employers
Health care act should then be promoted among countries to create a long term relationship with other countries. Health care should ensure measures that enhance the improvement of responsibility among the population. Nurses should be advocates to grow in their skills and environment to their work.
