Design-Build Superintendent

Design-Build Superintendent is the overall person in charge of a construction site.  The super intendant is mandated to oversee the overall construction activities going on at the site. The project manager is in charge of the coordination of the team members working on his specific team and has to forward progress reports to the overall management. He is also in charge of hiring specialists for the project.
