Also, ethics offer individuals a chance to determine the most appropriate action in any situation. In cases where an individual has solid ethics, they can make better decisions and take action in challenging situations. It is made more comfortable for better decision-making to be improved in my future professional and career, based on personal and professional ethics.

Professional standards refer to practices that are set, ethics, and behaviors that individuals. These standards show the organization’s mission and values, and the professionals within the organization are entitled to approach problems and every standard held by the employees. Professional standards may include; accountability, fiduciary duty, honesty, and confidentiality. All these standards are essential to my career as well as future profession for the smooth running of future professionals. The experience of weekly activity was essential for not only my career but also my future profession. I was able to learn different skills like problem-solving and making the right decisions through the case study. Also, I was able to learn the importance of teamwork through think-pair-share activity. Great minds are working together results to better results. In the debate activity, I was able to acquire different thoughts, be able to speak in public, and also know how to persuade, and all these are essential to my career and future profession.

How information systems relate to my career and future profession.

The growth of business information systems has generated a growing demand for information systems to my career and future profession to serve all my business needs. The information system is grouped into technical and managerial. Where specialists for technical information systems focus on creating new systems and maintaining all the operations, on the other hand, specialists on managerial information systems focus on the management of systems that are existing, coordination, and planning of general systems with large organizations. This has a link toward my career and future profession as I will be able to focus on other business constituencies and be able to find a system of information application, eventually having an impact on profit and revenue (Shinkle et., al 2021). An organization’s information system can assist in examining independent processes and certifies work activities are well organized. By using information management well in my future profession, I will be able to have an understanding of the very best methods to make and improve.

Four steps of Kolb’s learning cycle

As argues by Wallace (2019), Kolb’s cycle is an approach creating directed goal and behavior theories of learning to make a cycle for learning that values the process and every learning nature, which is ongoing. CONCLUSION
