The purpose of the project will be to purchase one of the competitive firms in the furniture manufacturing industry that is specialized in custom furniture. The project aims at linking the community to the company to have their furniture custom made. This would enable Kingston-Bryce Limited (KBL) to expand operations and triple its workforce.

 

The Project’s Target:

  • To optimize marketing and providing a client with modern and classic artwork in terms of furniture
  • To design a transparent chain of communication between the company and the client and serve them promptly when need be

Approach for Managing the Project

The project will be effectively managed by a professional, with teams of other employees. To achieve the project with more efficiency, PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2), too, will be employed since it is very flexible, and the outputs will be determined (Newton, 2016).
