Hi Grayson, I have read and analyzed your responses to the business questions on Bioglass Inc. I feel that your answer to each question is succinct. I agree with your responses to the first two questions on the case study but disagree with the third response. On the first question on what would be the cause of CSD’s problem, I agree with your answer that it might be caused by was caused by lack of attention attributes, skills, and knowledge (KSOs). Grayson, on the second question, you make interesting suggestions on how CSD and Bioglass can make better promotion decisions in the future. You respond that CSD and Bioglass should pay careful attention to employees’ KSOAs, which will help make better decisions (Heneman et al., 2019). The third question has two parts, and I feel that you did not understand the first part of the question, and you paid more attention to the second part. The first part of the question is, what role should performance appraisals play in internal selection decisions? You respond to the question when rather than what. However, I agree with the second part of the third question.
Grayson, I like the way you approach the assignment. You have answered all the questions, which is an indication that you followed the instructions. However, the next time you undertake an assignment, it is important to understand each item.
