Alaska youth and family network is a Human Service Organization that provides Behavioural Health connections to the community in Alaska. It’s a nationwide organization that focuses on family. It is dedicated to Providing strength, preserving and providing unity to all families affected across Alaska. It also promotes education and support between peers.
Mission: The mission of Alaska youth and family networks is To nurture stability for families within their communities within the state of Alaska. This is done through peer sustained support, education health services which focus on behaviour. The HSO offers support to families involved in their programs so that they may maintain stability within the community-focused. Proposal idea: Through increasing the participation of the youth and parents in their programs, they can significantly increase the greatness and their strength. Education parents on contemporary issues affecting their children, for example, a behavioural change associated with internet, Adolescent,peer pressure their effects to their kids could significantly reduce their conflicts between them and their children. The HSO can create a Social platform that’s mainly designed mainly to put the communities at the centre of what it does. The Platform will provide learning materials, guidelines and sustenance within the community in their quest. The site will also enhance accountability openness and increase community engagement within their work. It will also offer a platform where ideas can be shared and exchanged, connect with other communities, individuals, staff and volunteers.
The HSO can integrate communications and community involvement in their daily operations to increase the participation of youth and parents. This is all about using the most effective and appropriate communication tactics to listen to what the community is saying, being attentive to the complains, feedbacks and complements raised. This will ensure active participation of the city. Maximizing the community communications will foster better understanding and unique relationship amidst the community and the organization and the community will be able to speak about the issues that are affecting those, help in policy formulations and participate in bringing about positive results.

The HSO provides Health connection which is behavioural in approach within Alaska. AYFN is a national organization that focuses on bringing families together. It does so through delivering education and Mentorship
What would an improved community situation look like?
There are various family structures. However, some conditions are certainly similar among all the arrangements, for example, Members of a family have emotional connections with each other, and they have various responsibilities that must be accomplished. Despite the differences that can occur with any family, for example, Divorce, Parents have the Obligation of ensuring that each child in the family feel loved, welcomed and accepted. The parents must also ensure that each child succeeds in their community tasks, Grows up respecting the rule of law and allowing the accountabilities that are brought about by the society (Phillip et al., 2016).

They are gathering information about what the general community is saying about the program. This can be through word of mouth or questioners. (Phillip et al., 2016). Increased following of the programmer on social media are some of the indications of the success of the program. Posts on the program’s website can also help assess the success of the program.
