Literature review
In this study, mixed research method was be used which would combine exploratory, conclusive and action-oriented research. Fifty employees who are working in services, government and private organizations of UAE would be administered with Questionnaire. A stratified random sample would be used in this study. Data analysis would be done using SPSS – correlation, regression, Anova, F test, t-test would be conducted. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling would be provided through this study. The researchers used a questionnaire that was specific and pertinent, giving the broad parameter and indicates the particular, aspect, depth and dimension. It was used to understand the strategy used in a UAE organization. The researcher used five essential strategic questions aimed or focused on organization innovation and trust and strategic management. The positive effect of the methodology used was definite in presenting the empirical and conceptual studies, models which have been done in this domain in the UAE region only.
