Who does not desire a healthy life? Reminiscing on this question helps me develop personal zeal to improve my health and mind status. Athletics has served a profound platform in shaping my fitness, both mental and body health. Physical exercise is imperative to any living person. With training, one can overcome lifestyle diseases such as obesity and heart diseases besides other detrimental conditions. Athletics involves the body, mind, and spirit, which in synergy control the state of an individual. Therefore, with diligence and discipline in practice, athletics can serve a palliative effect on the health status of an individual.
Athletics, and possibly occasional training, can influence the physical, emotional, and mental conditions of a person. Perhaps, recalling the flawed healthy life I had before enrolling in the athletics club is a reason enough to advocate for routine physical training. I used to be a conservative student with minimal engagement in social affairs. As a result, my health was affected, and my body emaciated due to stress and desolation. Additionally, the lack of exercise exacerbated the condition. I was a regular patient at the school’s clinic. However, upon enrolment in the athletics club, I became acquainted with the health benefits of daily training and developed a penchant for the same. I salvaged my health status, and I hardly get sick.
Moreover, besides the physical and emotional impacts, athletics has influenced my perspicacity and sharpened the mental aptness that I improved in my academic pursuits. Athletics has taught me the need for diligence and perseverance, besides perfection in my dexterities. Accordingly, owing to the positive health benefits I have attained from athletics, I do not hesitate to champion the involvement of both students and professors in the athletics realm.
