The leadership style makes employees innovative, and this what will make the performance of the company to improve. For the company to be successful, the leaders within the company ought to treat their employees well. Therefore, authentic is directed related to the excellent performance of the company through employees. For the company to be successful, it must adequately treat employees. Thus, the concept selected and the article got a direct relationship with each other because of this what motivates employees to work hard.

Authentic leaders are people with honest concepts, and they aim at building trust and transparency. Through authentic ways, leaders open new ideas for the employees to do better and make them attain the best anticipated from them. Employees need to be taught the means to follow, but at the same time, they need something to encourage them. The method can be embraced by many leaderships and pioneers’ coaches who assume authentic style as an alternative option for the pioneers who focus on profit ethics and individuals.
