Since the problem has been seen to be serious and that there are the journeys which aeroplane is only the choice, there is a call for the recommendations. First, the airline companies should take it as their responsibility to ensure that the customers are satisfied before they maximize their profits. They should also make sure they have a system that does not bring inconveniences to the customers. The prices of the tickets should remain constant, and if they change, there should be a clear reason that all the customers should understand. The government, in collaboration with the authoritative bodies, should also intervene and do the necessary measures to those who are found violating the rights of the customers. With all those recommendations have put in place, there would be a high possibility of mitigating the problem.
