Case 29
I like the fact that you considered the case as it is at hand. The workplace is so biased, and many of the workers are just selfish. Despite Riya doing the right portion of work she is supposed to do, people still judge her for not going to work for the expected length of time. In Deepak’s case, the caretaking responsibility may look odd and out of hand, mostly.
Case 26
I support your view on Emery being discriminated against too. The cases of her discrimination are so evident in the case. Even the authorities are a testimony that Dana is used to the same—further explaining this with how Stephen has treated shows that this is more gendered discrimination. Finally, the suggestion that you offer is a beneficial one to the women as they should be seeking to grow each other and not demeaning each other when in power.

Case 29
This is so diverse thinking. You have gone out of the way to bring society in a real-life situation. This makes it easier to understand all these cases and reveals the occurrences in a more lively manner. This could not have been expressed any better. With the societal perceptions of traditional gender roles, it is evident that women need to do more of the house chores than men should.
Case 26
Diverse thinking, I would call this. I couldn’t have thought of this from these two perspectives—both as a bully and being discriminative. The organizational structure, however, seems to be very underdeveloped for such an approach as reporting this case. Will is in a higher position and offers no help, and therefore, as you suggest, I think looking for greener pastures could serve.

Case 29
Technology has surely been used to back the traditional status quo, and this could be hard to change if that is the trend. This is why the boss in Deepak’s place of work would find it hard to understand why Deepak needs to play a role in the child’s upbringing. The real-life situations and examples you have used surely explain the reason behind some of the occurrences at the workplace.
Case 26
The case of Emery’s discrimination is quite a sure one. I like how you explain it and make it clear. Dana is so straightforward, even in her speech, that she tells her that she hated her because she is a woman. Dana is so inconsiderate to consider the work done by the different sexes. Your experience on the gender-based bias makes it appear and look real to everyone, even those that haven’t experienced the same. It is so real that these types of discrimination still exist.

Case 29
Wow. I like how you bring all the experiences into life, bringing in even a film. I would like to watch this. Working in one sex dominated environment could be hard like it is for Riya. Going out with the fellow workers will be a struggle for the subject.
Case 26
Emery’s case is quite a critical one, as you have detected too. Having Will as the only superior, she can talk too; I support your point. However, how sure are we that he is going to take any action? This is worsened by the fact that he says it has been going on for quite a while. Discrimination, in this case, is, therefore, not going to end any time soon.
