Target population in a campaign The population includes all the individuals involved in your target audience. The community of interest is the target population that is intended to be studied. Research often selects a sample from the people of the study, which is included in the study. The objective of the study is to generalize the findings of the study from the sample selected to the population of interest. Our target population is are social media using individuals, which is a vast population. Having the issue of alcohol use among the majority of the people led to me using the purposive sampling method to select the group to investigate. This sampling strategy allowed me to choose the individuals who would participate. This is because a significant percentage of the population uses alcohol, and we would end up selecting drunk respondents if using other criteria. In this study, the social media that works best for me is Instagram. Instagram is the most popular social media platform for college and university students in America. Policymakers and criminal justice administrators Discussion 8 I believe policymakers should focus more on crime (safety) when developing criminal justice policies. I think every state and government should focus on protecting their citizens from harm. Public safety should be made paramount in any nation. Criminal justice should exist to improve public safety. This should be done by reducing crime. Crime, which threatens public safety, should be combated in meaningful ways. Rehabilitative programs, policing, laws, sanctioning options, and prevention efforts. Policymakers and criminal justice administrators should, therefore, focus on maintaining the safety of every citizen. Maintaining the safety of people means protecting them from harm and thus protecting the right to life. I believe the right to life surpasses all other rights, and that is why the government should primarily focus on maintaining the safety of the public. That is why the government should enact laws and enforce policies that protect their citizens from any acts that threaten their safety. This is mainly done by punishing offenders. The method of punishment should be considered so that the other three critical goals…

The role of the criminal justice system The role of the criminal justice system in counteracting terrorist attacks is a challenging one. The primary aim of counter-terrorism approaches should be to preclude terrorist incidents from happening. In some circumstances, law enforcement agencies can prevent terrorism from happening while maintaining constitutional ethics. The Patriot Act legislation of 2001 is an enactment passed to improve the law enforcement’s abilities to detect and deter terrorism. The official title for this Act is ‘uniting and strengthening America by offering the necessary tools needed to interrupt and obstruct terrorism’ (McCarthy, 2002). In the case scenario, the terrorist attack will affect the law enforcement powers and due process within the court based on regulations such as the Patriot Act in the following ways. First, the law enforcement agencies will be granted an opportunity to apply surveillance systems against several other terrorist attacks, gathering moredata when examiningin a broader view of the terrorist attack. This way, it offers the agencies to find more information on terrorist activities related to the attack. This permission is also provided by the…
Money management Money management is essential since it helps a student manage money based on the demands. Managing this expense is vital due to the expensive life associated with the school. Campus life is exciting to students who have come from high school and may think it easy to manage themselves. This resource is scarce, and one has to distribute it effectively since one is no longer at the comfort and warmth of their parents. The writing will look at why it is important to manage money for a student in these times. Inadequate skills are among the reasons that can lead to low retention rates. Organization in students is vital due to many needs and should be managed with this scarce resource. Students have to be trained at an early age by parents and guardians that money is not always available. They are tempted to spend their money on non-essentialcommodities like food and drinks instead of paying their rents. Family and friends should come and help these students and give them tips on how they can save. Financial stress is…
Online identity Every participant in a communicative act has an imagined audience. Audiences are not discrete; when we talk, we think we are speaking to the people in front of us or on the other end of the telephone, but this is in many ways a fantasy (46 words). This statement was written by Alice E. Marwick and Danah Boyd in their article, “I tweet honestly, I tweet passionately: Twitter users, context collapse, and the imagined audience.” In this case, the authors are trying to introduce their argument that in a communication situation, there exists a difference in how we communicate within different contexts. In order to explain this phenomenon, the authors mentioned the theory of situationship, which maintains that individuals react to situations centered on the context as opposed to fixed psychological characters. This brings out the main argument presented by the author, which is social media users create an imagined audience, which results in context collapse. In explaining the concept of context collapse and imagined audience, Boyd and Marwick used the example of twitter, a microblogging website. The…
