Lifetime Value (LTV) and Customer relationship management The two selected theories that were strongly applicable to the previous sections were Lifetime Value (LTV) and Customer relationship management. Lifetime Value Customer Lifetime Value is the net present value of the expected future expenditure pattern or financial input to a business by the customer. Dealing with the lifetime value of a customer calls a business to focus on various significant aspects. When companies are engrossed in building customer equity, they end up losing more customers; the balance between sales for profit and creating a value-based relationship with customers is hard to strike. The focus on customer-related issues is the key to growing any business; customer satisfaction will always generate revenues, thus creating a high lifetime value (Peppers & Rogers, 2011). Cactus Club Café should focus on the below aspects in order to solve their weak areas: Customer Attitudes Customer attitudes deal with the point of view, moods of a customer that can only be evaluated through a field market research or surveys. Due to the many bad reviews, Cactus Club Café…

An example of an ethical dilemma in nursing A nurse should always be patient-oriented and aim for optimum patient satisfaction. Whenever a nurse and a patient hold conflicting values, nurses must set aside their values and be ready to understand the patient’s values. This is for the benefit of the patient whose wellness and satisfaction are the primary aim of a nurse. The principle of patient autonomy mandates that nurses must respect patient preferences and wants regardless of how unsafe they or whether the nurse accepts them or not as long as the patient is competent and the wishes are legal. As a nurse, I am committed to my patients as a whole, which covers their values, cultures, and needs. One of the common objectives of nursing is to promote the dignity of each patient, which necessitates respect for their values and beliefs in every situation. As a nurse, I can only educate and provide all relevant information to the patient in the most ethical, intellectual, and respectful way to avoid attacking patients or appearing to rebel against their values…
blowin in the wind anaysis Bob Dylan wrote the song ‘Blowin’ in the wind’ in 1962 and later released it in 1963 as a single. The song was released on Dylan’s album known as The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan and has been defined protest song, which asks numerous questions about peace, war, and freedom. Melody Bob Dylan puts words to the melody of a song known as ‘we shall overcome’ a song that was used by the Old African American that they often sang after fleeing from Britain to Canada after the abolishment of slavery. Dylan, in the middle of the song, complements the melody using the violin, piano and his vocal is amazing and supportive of the melody which sinks the message he is striving to pass. Harmony I firmly believe that the main instrument for harmonization in Blowin’ in the wind is the piano supported by Bob Dylan’s vocal, which is fantastic and strives to pass the message most peacefully. Besides, piano and violin give chords that support the melody leading to a simple melody. Overall, I regard Blowin’…
Dependant and independent variables The independent variable that will be manipulated are the normative goals and positive feedback. The levels of these normative goals are outcome goals, performance avoidance goals, and positive feedback, which are statements that will be told before the exam is taken. Outcome goal comments will be “We need to see who can get the highest score” with 15 minute increments of reminders by making these comments while the participants are taking the test. The next level will be performance avoidance goals, where the researcher will say, “Do not get the lowest score” with reminders using the statement “remember to try not get the lowest score”. Positive feedback will be using the statement “This test does not determine your overall knowledge” with reminders of “remember this test does not determine your true abilities”. A control group of no statements at all will also be conducted. To avoid additional anxiety by a researcher observing them during test taking, in the control group, the researcher will walk away, leaving the participants to turn in their exams at the desk…
How to test your speaker’s impedance using a digital multimeter Too low impedance will cause a higher current to be drawn by the speakers from an amplifier, which can bring about damaging of the amp. On the other hand, if the impedance is too high, the dynamic range and the volume of the speakers will suffer. If you are worried about what is the impedance of the speaker, I will simplify it for you. It is the measure of current resistance caused by the speaker. How much current a speaker can resist can be confirmed using a multimeter. There are two types of multimeters, i.e., analog multimeter and digital multimeter. In our case, we will dwell much on a digital multimeter, which has more advantages over the analog multimeter. A digital multimeter can measure several functions in one unit. The functions include resistance, voltage, and current. Below is a guide on how to quickly estimate your speaker’s impedance. Check the impedance rating of the speaker’s housing. Manufacturers of the speakers are guided by the (IEC) International electrotechnical commission standards. They…

Taking economics as a major When I joined the university, I had settled for real estate, but when I got here, it was entirely not what I was expecting. I think I had all these misconceptions about my major, which was to pursue, which is contrary to what it is. Real estate is exciting, but the skills I gain in economics are more appealing and align with my passion and the impact I would like to make in the world. That is how I settled for this decision, and I feel it suits me. I have gone through the modules of these subjects, and I can relate to them. Seeking to switch my major into an economic major has been a process; it has taken me a while to decide if it is the right decision to make. But I revaluated myself and found that I had all the warning signs. For starters, I realized that I had selected the major for the wrong reasons. I knew that once I become a real estate manager, I would be making lots…
Adolescent’s physical development Aspects that facilitate the adolescent’s physical development include self-esteem, growth spurt, personality, and personality. Among the significantly used descriptions of self-esteem is that one of Rosenberg (1965), which defines self-esteem as either positive or negative attitudes towards abilities. Naturally, teenagers in many occasions become dissatisfied by either body sizes, shapes, and weights as they grow. As a result, they will adopt their dieting habits in efforts to purging their bodies to their preferred states (Orth, 2018, p.367). Family dysfunctions such as marital conflicts may affect the adolescents’ self-esteem that results from refraining from consuming certain foods (Orkibi&Ronen, 2019, p.732). Finally, such feeding habits can become chronic, thus leading to the development of various kinds of eating disorders. Self-esteem can be mentioned as being crucial in interaction. Before an individual’s understanding, learning only occurs where the individual perceives new things that reveal new meaning (Bronk&Baumsteiger, 2019, p.4). Thus, using this case, the individual’s view takes and changes to another turn. Additionally, the learning process is based on an individual’s knowledge; the future learning is their current level determines…
