More often than not, our life, professional, or otherwise HTTP://120.26.204.79/KA210/098 is structured towards achieving a certain project. Though many may not realize it, their life like their work is a project. According to (2019), a project is a transient, unique endeavour carried out to attain planned objectives and the success of the project, is from the final product or outcome or expected outcomes one intended. However, one has to take keenness in distinguishing between a project and a routine where unlike a project that is temporary, time-limited, and unique and can sometimes be complex, a routine is more continuous, repetitive, and timeless though it could be simple or complex. For a project to be successful, it needs planning, organization, and efficient management of resources. The management of these factors ensures that a project is within budget, on-time, and fulfilling its set goals and objectives. Thus project management evolves. Project management is the use of diverse result-oriented skills and disciplines such as estimation, risk control, decision making, etc. This project will, therefore, look into the management of a concert project, evaluate…
Smart Homes Are Game Changer for People with Disabilities In the news broadcast on NBC News on the headline, “Smart Homes Are Game Changer for People with Disabilities,” the reporter talks about the impact of technology on people living with disabilities. In the report, the reporter uses words such as special needs, handicapped, and the deaf. Over time, there has been a need for euphemisms to apply a positive impact on the words they replace (Gernsbacher et al., 2016). Words such as special needs have evolved even into sports and education. However, special needs is not a legal term. The appropriate euphemism to use is either, individuals with disabilities or disabled (Crocker & Smith, 2019). Similarly, when referring to a group of individuals who are hearing impaired, it is wrong to refer to the individuals as the deaf. The correct term to use is people who are deaf, and the same applies to a group of people who are visually impaired. In a book by William Leonard Roberts, “Freeway Rick Ross,” the author uses unacceptable terminologies to refer to individuals…

Cluster analysis Discussion 5 A number of different algorithms and methods for grouping similar objects within their respective categories are used in cluster analysis. In many fields of inquiry, the general issue facing researchers is how observed data can be structured for the creation of taxonomies into concrete structures. Cluster analysis is an EDA tool designed to arrange different objects in clusters to achieve the highest possible level of correlation between two objects if they belong to the same category and otherwise to the minimum. By offering an explanation or interpretation, the cluster analysis can be used to identify structures in data. Cluster analysis identifies data structures by specifying why they exist. In almost every area of everyday life, we deal with clustering. For instance, a group of diners sharing the same table can be viewed as a group of people in the restaurant. Articles similar in foodstuffs are produced in the same or surrounding places, such as different types of meat or vegetables. There are numerous examples where clustering has a significant role to play. The maximum or the…
Description of a fictional Peoples’ musical Society. Music is perhaps among the universal performing arts that characterize a particular society. For the Luwak group of people inhabiting a strange island in the arctic region of the world, use different forms of melodies whenever they express feelings both in statements and in functions. This mode of music distinguishes their uniquely fascinating way of presenting music as an additional communication tool. For them, music is not specifically a primary mode of communication but rather an expression of feelings. The same way people in other parts of the world express their feelings of pleasures and pains through uttering of speech, for the Luwak people, different lengths of melodic outbursts are sung when one expresses feelings as an addition to the normal communication of words. During their day-to-day activities, different notes of melodies may be heard, signifying the type of feeling the person is experiencing. For example, when one feels happy, he or she expresses it via some rising notes whose length varies depending on the level of amusement. However, for the expression of…

Design is also presented in the form of forming solutions out of idealizing situations with an artists ideology. Social designs are developed to present an opinion to the viewer. The opinion created, however, may differ from one viewer to another regarding their knowledge of the setting of a design. Before the construction or idealization of design, the purpose of the design and the target audience or message is already is developed. The design then is presented with the intended purpose. For instance, architectural design is made with the sole aim of housing the homeless. However, some group of people will figure out a design as a profit-making property, presented to exploit a group…
