This is forcing most millennials to advance their studies to secure better chances of getting a job. This is different from the silent generation, where there were multiple opportunities for unskilled individuals. Most of the millennial women are more educated than their male counterparts due to the increased opportunities of accessing education. Women have also been allowed to join male-dominated careers hence must be well equipped.
