Communications strategy employed by any lawmaker(s). Communication is an essential element in society that should be maintained at all levels because it plays a vital role in ensuring that individuals can send and receive messages or information in the most convenient way possible. The transfer of these messages from one destination to the other can be faced by numerous obstacles such as cultural positioning, emotions, location, or even the medium used to deliver the message. Therefore, an effective communications strategy is important in each sector, such as the legislation, because the entire population should comprehend the laws correctly. As the country prepares itself for the State of Union address, verbal communications strategies, which include written and oral communication, is the ultimate method of message delivery by the lawmakers (Walker III, 2019). This is because the general public, which is the targeted audience, needs to understand each legislation that they address. Communication Techniques             While viewing the first part, I could tell that the patient was furious, uncomfortable, and in pain. The patient also sounded tired, maybe due to lack of enough sleep the previous night due to the pain she felt, and the nurse on duty did not respond to her complaints. The patient says that she was very uncomfortable, and she needed immediate attention from the nurse. I feel that the nurse is very empathetic; she tries to understand every aspect of the patient that is how uncomfortable the patient is and what medication she can give. Although she is sure no prescription can be given to the patient, she speaks to the patient politely and promises to do something to ease the pain. The nurse in the second part is very considerate and sounds helpful to the patients. If I were the nurse, I would be very compassionate with the patient because she already suffered enough being in the hospital with harsh treatment from the previous nurse. I would be sympathetic and considerate with the patient and offer…

They include; the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA) (Han et.al. 2017). Similarly, in other parts of the world like Africa, community health bodies that sensitize the public include Africa Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF). Such bodies have achieved greater miles in creating customer awareness in matters concerning disease control and prevention. In part B of the community strategic plan, I will be focusing on the issue of reducing drug experimentation among young adults. The…

Comparing the Jewish Bar Mitzvah and Catholic Confirmation Ritual The term “Bar Mitzvah” literally refers to the “son of the commandment.” The word “Bar” is Aramaic and means “son.” It used to be a common word among the Jewish people. The term “Mitzvah” means “commandment” in both Aramaic and Hebrew. The ceremony is also referred to as Bat Mitzvah when it is the girl who is the subject, as “Bat” refers to daughter in Aramaic and Hebrew. Under Jewish Law, children may not always be forced to observe ten commandments, even though they may often be encouraged to do so as many times as possible as a way of learning the commitment they will be having as adults. When they turn 13 years of age (usually 12 for girls), children get committed to observing the commandment (Grondin, 2020). The ceremony notes the conclusion, in a rather formal way, that both obligation and right of taking part in leading the religious services in countering a minyan, in forming a binding contract, as a way of testifying prior ecclesiastical courts and in marrying.…

Reflective essay on My toxic experience with toxic leadership My toxic experience with toxic leadership is with Mr Ricardo, my previous manager. Ricardo was not the most comfortable person to deal with. Mr. Ricardo had angry outbursts, manipulative, and unethical. He used to criticize everything that his subordinates did. Although he had won many accolades and rewards due to his excellent technical skills, his unpredictable behavior and culture of fear were disgusting. He was very authoritative and used to compel people to adhere to his instructions. He was a dictator in a way such that his commands had to be adhered to by whatever means. He did not listen to any opinion other than his own to be heard. He demanded others to follow his direction without questioning. He was so egocentric that he could not listen to the views of his subordinates. He had a domineering character, always disrespecting his juniors. His juniors often felt humiliated due to his random commands, threats, coercion, and foul language towards them. He used to abuse power by bullying and exploiting the juniors.…

Women and Crime             Criminal offenses by women have been on the increase in the recent past. Although the factors that have contributed to the increase vary considerably between denominations, the advocacy for gender equality might be seen to have significantly contributed greatly to the rise. The debate on the rise in crime among women, however, has the potential of raising concerns about the patriarchal affiliation of the society, or the create misinterpretation concerning feminism. Nature has had it that men have been belittling the potential of women in the different fields, and now, the concern that crime among women has increased has been viewed by various individuals as another plot to belittle the ability of women.
