reduction of Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (VAP) for patients admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) The selected practice problem entails the reduction of Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (VAP) for patients admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The problem is relevant because VAP presents a significant burden to the healthcare system by increasing the period of hospitalization and the associated costs (Tinset et al., 2017). As with other healthcare concerns, it is possible to evaluate the issue from a systems approach perspective — micro-, meso-, and macro- levels. According to Zaccagnini and White (2017), the systems approach is necessary because it provides the basis for the incorporation of scientific evidence and the evaluation of healthcare from a broad perspective. Consequently, stakeholders obtain detailed insights into factors that influence the quality of healthcare. The micro-system entails the direct provision of care to the affected patient. Vice and Ishaan’s Indication of Japan’s Negative Population Growth Emile Durkheim understood that population growth increases physical density of number of persons per square kilometer. He was also worried about normlessness in a society which called for division of labor to stop population from falling into anarchy. There was increased competition within groups as opposed to between groups. Durkheim referred to the interdependence connection between groups as organic solidarity (Durkheim, 2014). He believed that growth of population would lead to change over from mechanical to organic solidarity. That is social integration founded on homogeneity to social integration due to interdependence between diverse industrial and occupational entities. automatic clustering The is situations that are not advantageous for automatic clustering. The first situation is when clusters number that gets calculated is more significant than that of the system can manage to handle. There are drawbacks of concerning the k-means. The problems include K-means assume that the variables are spherical of each variance of the distribution. The variation of all variables is the same. On the other hand, it is of advantage because it has the request recovery of the data when there is a node fail through the challenge stated. The power here is that the system tries to reconnect to the user’s web with the processing requests to a different node. The users log again for the new node, and hence they submit the applications. The situation when it has an advantage is when it uses redundant server components. The solutions to unnecessary are easy to solve, and they are less expensive for implementation. The solutions also are easy to get managed. The advantage here is that it can split the load across many servers. Through the…
