Dissemination of EBP and research Professional nursing journal is essential because they provide evidence-based information from various research that has been conducted in the field of nursing. The journal helps in educating, communicating, and challenging different practices in nursing within a particular period. The health and nursing conference is so far the best platform in which health care professionals, including the nurses, can present their research findings and evidence-based information. The dissemination of information dependents on the number of people who attends the conference, which can range from fifty people to thousands of people. The best of my choice nursing journals that I feel I can present for my project is The American Journal of Nursing. The reason behind the choice is because it is a journal that has been used for a more extended period and has a history of being the best in the field of nursing globally. The journal is easily accessible to several individuals from different parts of the world. Therefore, it can reach a large number of health care professionals (Mary, 2018). Besides, the journal…
Diversity Program Ideas The word university is a Latin compound word that means “seeking truth together,” Latin “universus” meaning whole and veritas meaning “truth.” Literary, a university is a place where students from different social backgrounds, races, religious beliefs, and cultures converge to seek knowledge/truth. Learning seems to be easier since each student has a different cognitive ability; thus, students gain a lot from their colleagues. I champion Chapman Diversity Project because the program enhances my learning abilities. The diversity project helps learners from different social grounds and cognitive ability achieve their dream career with less struggle. If I am involved in Chapman Diversity Project, I will motivate students since I was once involved in learning disabilities in my second grade. My disability demanded I be included in the Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Diversified programs taught me how to interact with my immediate environment effectively, I have come to realize that I enjoy being engaged to my peers. I believe the Chapman Diversity Project will allow me to explore my interests and learn more about my environment, peers, and self.…
An area in my enterprise that I will create efficiency through reduction of redundancy In my enterprise, I will ensure I have a few competent employees who are well equipped with skills and knowledge to help me have the best output. Having quality employees, it will reduce the time that is spent in doing a task and be done in an effective manner (DeAngelis at el 2018). Moreover, by reducing the time of execution of processes, there will be more tasks that will be done in a limited time; thus, I will need to have few workers in my enterprise. Similarly, having a few competent workers will help have the best decisions for the enterprise since it contains few people (Larman at el 2016). Through this method, I will be able to evaluate the performance of the enterprise and know correctly which areas I should add value for the sake of my clients (Kabongo at el 2017). The process of execution will be reduced since the employers have the skills and shortcuts of having the products in a limited time,…
