Factors affecting performance Abstract The paper studied the influence of job satisfaction, age, and level of education on teacher performance in New York High school. The aim was to establish the association between performance and satisfaction. The sample consisted of 21 teachers from New York high school to complete questionnaires on the influence of job satisfaction on teacher performance. The survey design used was descriptive.
